Like the majority of today’s successful design furniture companies, Antonio Lupi has grown from a family business to a large, market-leading company. Antonio Lupi, the founder of the company in 1932, initially retailed glass and mirror goods, from which he gradually switched to the production of a wide variety of bathroom sanitary ware, furniture, and accessories. A new factory, built in 1969, launched a new era in Antonio Lupi’s life. From then on, his innovation-focused approach became the brand’s principal and unique feature, making Antonio Lupi a key player in the market today. From the uniquely developed Cristalmood material, which makes translucent, glass-like wash basins in countless shades, to the Carrara marble Vortice and Intreccio models, which dominate the bathroom space with their sculptural beauty, the wide array of unique pieces has already inscribed Lupi’s name in design history.
