Our Story

Code-Decode – Concept and Design showroom was established by Hungarian professionals with experience in furniture manufacturing in 1996. The predecessor of the current 500-square-meter store in Nagymező street was brühl&co in Andrássy út, which operated from 2003 in the main street of Budapest.

It opened as a new store under the name Code-Decode at 9 Nagymező street in 2008. The new showroom brought a new concept: besides the display area professional counselling, professional shows, interior design, custom-made home styling service and VIP customer management takes place within the turn of the century walls.

The new image was introduced on the Design Week in the autumn of 2013, when the name also changed. As the last momentum in the change of the Code Showroom a new website was launched in April 2014 as well as new communication with the new image.

The Code Showroom indicates the renewed philosophy even in its name, according to which design should be consciously integrated into our daily lives. In addition to national and international private customers noted Hungarian financial and cultural institutions and hotels are also among our customers such as the Hungarian National Bank, the Hungarian National Museum, the Kogart House, Hotel Azur in Siófok, Hotel Piroska in Bükfürdő, Hotel Carbona in Hévíz, Spirit Hotel Thermal & Spa in Sárvár, Diursa Spanish Reail Estate Agency, DDB Hungary Advertising Agency, the luxury apartments and offices of Prestige Towers, Design Hotel Lánchíd 19, Roland Divatház Zrt., McDonalds, the office building of Market Építő Zrt. and BSR Office Building.
